Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your Sippit blender, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team, and they’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your blender for a different color or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange and ensure you get the perfect product for your needs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. If your Sippit blender arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
